Senior IP Counsel – Materials Group

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and execute global IP strategy aligned with core business growth and international market expansion.
• Oversee end-to-end patent procurement, including drafting, PCT/foreign filings, and prosecution.
• Conduct rigorous patentability, validity, and Freedom-to-Operate analyses to clear new product launches.

Qualifications:

• Technical degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or related field.
• 15+ years of patent and legal experience, including in-house corporate law department supporting industrial materials.
• Robust transactional experience with complex JDAs, licenses, and strategic sourcing agreements.
