Major Loss Adjuster

Responsible for the investigation, evaluation, and handling of complex claims to conclusion. This role requires advanced claim handling skills and high-quality results. Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail are essential, with the ability to operate independently and as part of a cohesive team. Responsibilities involve handling claims with high complexity and large injury severity, reviewing claims for coverage and exposure issues, conducting investigations, contacting insureds and claimants, and advising the underwriting department of adverse findings. The position also includes evaluating, negotiating, and settling bodily injury claims. Requires 5+ years of claims adjusting experience, including experience with evaluation, negotiation, and settlement of bodily injury claims. Experience handling coverage issues, high exposure, serious injury, liability investigations, and large losses is crucial. The ability to work closely with senior management is essential.
