Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Full Stack Software Developer to join our innovative team, contributing to the development and enhancement of mission-critical insurance systems. The ideal candidate will possess expertise across the full technology stack, including front-end frameworks (i.e., REACT), data formats like JSON, and backend development with SQL and Azure integrations. Experience with CI/CD workflows and a solid understanding of policy administration platforms is preferred.
You will design, develop, and maintain scalable applications across front-end, back-end, and SaaS systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and build responsive user interfaces using modern front-end technologies, as needed. Assist in the development and management of APIs and data exchange formats using JSON. Write efficient SQL queries and manage relational databases. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment. Integrate applications with Microsoft Azure cloud services. Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices. Troubleshoot, debug, and support existing systems including no code/low code platforms.
Operate within Agile, Scrum, or SAFe frameworks to support iterative development and ensure alignment with evolving business needs. Technical understanding across all of Mission’s core systems, ensuring systems are efficient, compliant, and accurate.
