Job Description
The Financial Times is seeking a Student Program Assistant to support the FT Schools program, which aims to make the FT more accessible to young people. This part-time, remote role involves supporting a group of 60 Student Advocates by running monthly calls, maintaining regular contact on Slack, and helping them feel confident in sharing ideas to boost FT visibility in schools.
The ideal candidate will be a current undergraduate or postgraduate university student with a keen interest in news and current affairs. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience mentoring young people or working with diverse groups would be looked upon favorably.
