Civil Engineering Manager | Senior Project Manager

The Civil Engineering Manager - Senior Project Manager will join the Public Works Team. The position involves fostering relationships with existing clients, while cultivating new relationships to drive organizational growth. Identifying and pursuing projects in the roads & highways market is crucial. Mentoring and supporting other project managers, engineers, and technicians is also a key responsibility. The role involves monitoring and tracking project budgets, staff utilization and financial targets as well as leading roadway projects of varying complexity, scope, scale and budgets. Leading the process of responding to requests for proposals for professional engineering services from clients and leading public meetings are also part of the duties.
