Job Description
Work together with other data scientists, analysts and analytics engineers as well as CRM managers and various product teams on powering our CRM function. Our ambition is to send the right message at the right time to the right customer to delight our users with relevant and helpful communications from Monzo. Applying your expertise in analytics, data science, and the data storytelling to see beyond the numbers and understand how our users interact with our products and communications and how those insights can inform our communication strategy.
Guide and enable CRM teams to measure things that matter; help run A/B experiments to keep improving everything we do Build best-in-class dashboarding and reporting to take our insights to the next level Liaise with engineers to keep making sure we collect the right data to produce relevant business insights Support wider, longer-term projects within CRM and lifecycle management, such as within CRM attribution and understanding customer churn.
