Own and maintain the digital product backlog across web, app, and supporting platforms.
Receive briefs from commercial teams, refine them into clear acceptance criteria, and shepherd them through to delivery.
Prioritize work in partnership with the Director of Technology, balancing commercial deadlines with platform health.

Shopify Platform Administration:

Serve as the primary Shopify platform owner, with hands-on responsibility for configuration, theme management, app integrations, and metafield controls.
Evaluate and manage third-party app integrations, ensuring they are fit for purpose and well-maintained.
Proactively identify platform issues, technical debt, and opportunities for improvement.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

Act as the primary day-to-day interface between commercial teams and engineering.
Work closely with Ecommerce, Loyalty & Retention, and Paid Media teams to ensure briefs are complete and requirements are well understood before development begins.
Communicate delivery status, risks, and timelines clearly and proactively to stakeholders.
