Lead a dedicated ecommerce sprint team operating in a two-week Agile cadence.
Own backlog grooming, sprint planning, prioritization, and execution.
Ensure roadmap commitments and business-critical work are delivered on time and at high quality.

Ecommerce Optimization Across Brands:

Drive continuous improvement of ecommerce performance across 11 brands and multiple tech stacks.
Own initiatives related to: conversion rate optimization , merchandising and package presentation, checkout improvements.
Standardize best practices while accounting for brand-specific needs.

Platform Ownership & Governance:

Serve as the primary ecommerce technology representative on the ownership committee.
Provide visibility into sprint progress, platform risks, and trade-offs.
Advocate for scalable solutions across multiple technology stacks.
