Essential Functions:
- Lead governance frameworks for the Microsoft 365 content management platforms, ensuring compliance.
- Define and maintain policies for information lifecycle management across SharePoint & OneDrive.
- Partner with Legal, ITS, Compliance, and Records Management teams to ensure practices.
User Experience & Adoption:
- Support the end-to-end user experience for the Microsoft 365 records platforms.
- Act as the business representative for platform enhancements and roadmap planning.
- Develop change management, communications, and training strategies to drive adoption.
Technical Oversight & Troubleshooting:
- Maintain working knowledge of Microsoft 365 architecture and integrations.
- Partner with IT to troubleshoot user and system issues.
- Contribute to configuration decisions, testing, and rollout of new features.
