Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality designs for digital, social, and print channels that align with QIMA’s brand guidelines.
• Use AI-powered design tools and automation to speed up workflow and enhance creative output.
• Transform technical and service-related concepts into clear, engaging visuals that connect with clients.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality, brand-consistent visual design in settings that require speed, collaboration, and cultural sensitivity.
• Strong foundation in visual and brand design, plus the ability to connect design choices to business goals.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva and emerging AI design tools.

Education & Experience:

• Degree in Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Portfolio showcasing creative excellence, efficiency in production, and use of innovative tools, ideally including AI-assisted work.
