Staff Analytics Engineering Lead

As a Staff Analytics Engineer Lead in the Data Delivery team, you'll play a critical role in scaling Wellhub's data capabilities and driving their ambitious Data Democratization movement. This role involves leading key initiatives, defining patterns for data exposure by microservice teams, architecting data models within the data warehouse, and empowering distributed analysts with high-quality datasets. The position requires managing cross-functional data initiatives, acting as a technical product owner for data assets, and collaborating with Data Platform and Data Solutions teams. You will design and maintain scalable data models, develop ETL/ELT pipelines using Python and SQL in Airflow, and enforce data governance practices. Additionally, you will provide technical mentorship on data modeling and pipeline development to other engineers in the Data Delivery team.
