Director, Global Logistics

As the Director of Global Logistics, you will lead and develop Myriad’s International Logistics function, overseeing all aspects of global shipping, export compliance, and customer support. You will manage a team responsible for freight coordination, quoting, documentation, and client communication. This role requires both strategic vision and a willingness to engage in day-to-day operations to ensure service levels are consistently met. Other responsibilities include: Providing leadership, direction, and professional development for the International Logistics team, and optimizing processes to improve efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction. Overseeing trade compliance, establishing KPIs, building relationships with logistics partners and collaborating with Sales and Account Management teams to support quoting strategies. Leading initiatives to improve reporting and integration between ERP and logistics systems and keeping current on regulatory changes.
