New Manager, Engineering

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our Employer Experience team. You will be leading our client-facing web and backend development team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a talented product and design team to drive the development of both client and internal-facing applications in a fast-paced environment. You will provide technical oversight and drive new features with a focus on Garner’s strategic mission. Build a high-performance team by mentoring, providing feedback, and hiring. Continuously strive for quality while maintaining speed of delivery. Collaborate across disciplines by identifying bottlenecks and risks, proposing mitigation, and communicating tradeoffs. Protect our users’ privacy and security through best practices.
