Shape AI-powered experiences that feel transparent, intuitive, and assistive, not intrusive or opaque. Contribute to and evolve Weave’s Design System, ensuring patterns scale across the product ecosystem. Mentor other designers, sharing feedback and frameworks that raise the bar for design quality and impact. Collaborate cross-functionally to influence product roadmaps and ensure user insights are central to decision-making. Leverage data and research tools (e.g., Pendo, Sigma, Maze) to validate and refine your designs.
