Job Description
Drive the evolution of our Grants Management platforms, to deliver scalable, intuitive solutions that empower Submittable customers to create greater impact by leveraging world-class grantmaking software. As a Product Manager, you’ll partner with engineering, sales, marketing, and other internal teams to deliver solutions that improve workflows, enhance the end-user experience, and support business priorities. You’ll champion adoption of these tools, ensure alignment with broader platform capabilities, and bring enough technical fluency to define meaningful requirements.
You will partner with UX Design & Research to translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories. Collaborate with engineering to identify the most effective solutions. Prioritize initiatives across multiple projects based on business impact, strategic priorities, and development capacity. Maintain and communicate a transparent product roadmap aligned with stakeholder needs and company strategy.
