Core Accounting Operations:
- Manage daily accounting activities, including transaction coding, reconciliations, and customer payment posting
- Prepare reports to support RCM reconciliation and participate in the month-end close
- Assist with AR and AP functions, including billing, vendor management, and coordination with Customer Success
Experience & Background:
- 1–2 years of accounting experience (startup experience a strong plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; MAcc preferred but not required
- Brings a puzzle-solver mindset to repetitive or detail-heavy tasks, with curiosity and creativity to spot patterns and find solutions
