Support the discovery phase driven by Architecture with technical analysis, risk assessment, estimates, and PoCs.
Convert architectural decisions into execution plans, technical backlogs, and engineering standards.
Lead the squad technically, overseeing code reviews, practices, guidelines, and daily engineering decisions.

Requirements:

Experience leading engineering in critical transactional platforms and complex integrations.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and corporate governance.
Execution mindset with a focus on quality and operational excellence.

Technology:

Experience in backend application development using .NET 8 and .NET 9.
Develop, maintain and evolve REST APIs ensuring proper documentation with Swagger / OpenAPI.
Implement and sustain microservices following architecture standards and best practices.
