The Senior Service Delivery Manager is the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, managing inquiries regarding the administration of HealthEquityβs products. They build trust and rapport with valued clients, supporting day-to-day operational functions to help clients understand their products and services. This role engages clients from onboarding through ongoing service management, aiming to improve client loyalty through flawless execution.
They manage relationships for clients with varying levels of complexity. They take ownership of resolving client issues, ensuring closure and lead regular client meetings while maintaining action logs. The position involves managing project plans, collaborating with Account Executives, and leading/supporting annual review meetings. They also conduct operational reviews to improve service efficiencies, overseeing file processing and account activities to ensure client satisfaction.
