Uphold the quality of our Sales Account Managers’ and Onboarding Managers’ calls. Insights, coaching, and corrective actions will enhance performance and improve customer experience. Maintain service excellence to ensure alignment with business KPIs.

Conduct regular quality audits on Sales and Onboarding calls, Provide detailed quality monitoring scorecards and actionable feedback, Document coaching sessions, Prepare and maintain reports to track quality trends and team productivity.
