Head of Data Practitioner Germany

Role Overview:

• This senior consulting leadership role helps private equity investors and portfolio companies turn data opportunities into measurable business outcomes.
• It combines deep expertise in data strategy and modern data platforms with strong commercial judgment and executive-level communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead senior client relationships and data engagements with CDOs, CTOs, CIOs, and other executive stakeholders.
• Drive data strategies, transformation planning, and delivery roadmaps that connect business priorities to measurable value creation.
• Structure ambiguous challenges, pressure-test recommendations, and bridge commercial, technology, and data perspectives.

Requirements:

• Proven record of leading complex data engagements with consulting Director, Associate Director, or Senior Consultant-level experience.
• Deep expertise in data strategy, modern data platforms, governance, analytics, or AI enablement.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to build trusted relationships at executive level.
