Shape architecture of core platform subsystems including UI frameworks, calculation engines, and APIs.
Evaluate design options to ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Drive consistency in design patterns and engineering standards.

Execution & Delivery:

Own technical delivery of features from design through release.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Lead investigations into complex bugs and cross-module issues.

Quality & Collaboration:

Conduct code reviews and coach engineers on maintainable code.
Partner with QA on test strategy and serve as escalation point for Support.
Document designs and share knowledge to enable future team growth.
