Chief Information Security Officer

Strategic Leadership:

• Define and execute Indonesian cybersecurity and operational resilience strategy aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Act as primary advisor to leadership on information security risks and regulatory obligations.
• Represent Binance in engagements with Indonesian regulators including OJK, Bappebti, and Kominfo.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Lead design and implementation of security frameworks aligned with OJK, Bappebti, PDP Law, and Bank Indonesia regulations.
• Develop and maintain policies to ensure ongoing compliance and timely regulatory reporting.
• Manage breach notifications and response to regulatory inquiries and audits.

Risk & Incident Management:

• Oversee risk assessments, security architecture reviews, and cyber risk reporting at the regional level.
• Implement incident detection and response capabilities in line with Indonesian regulatory requirements.
• Establish and lead the CSIRT for Indonesian operations.

Cybersecurity Operations & Governance:

• Guide security operations including vulnerability management and threat intelligence.
• Drive cyber threat management and penetration tests per regulatory framework.
• Manage local security team and contribute to global security department improvement.
