About the Role:
- You'll own reimbursement strategy in the Southwest, navigating complex payer systems and partnering with providers to ensure family access.
- You'll coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders, driving insight generation and ethical compliance.
What You'll Do:
- Educate provider offices on reimbursement processes and address access barriers.
- Support families through access education and coordinate with support programs.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and mentor field access colleagues.
Who You Are:
- You have 8+ years in biotech/pharma with deep reimbursement and market access experience.
- You thrive in ambiguity, operate with autonomy, and are passionate about rare disease.
- You understand U.S. payer systems and compliance requirements intimately.
