Solutions Architect II

Solutions Architect Role:

• Analyze customer network topologies and application stacks to acquire high-value data.
• Profile industry-specific applications across various verticals, creating technical assets for product improvement.
• Conduct root cause analysis of technology problems and advise customers on their resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Develop advanced GUI and Trigger Scripts, along with external REST API scripts.
• Develop customized data analysis for monitoring changing conditions in real-time.
• Create automated tools to streamline repeatable processes and maximize time spent building intelligent solutions.

Required Skills:

• Experience with scripting languages such as Python and JavaScript.
• Understanding of core networking principles and application protocols.
• Excellent written communication skills, independence, and motivation.
