Role Responsibilities:

  • Assess and review individual care packages, providing practical training to care workers.
  • Provide clinical supervisions and instructions using your clinical expertise.
  • Interact with ICBs, Case Management, Social Services, private and NHS hospitals.
  • Take part in a paid phone support On Call Rota on a rotational basis.

Qualifications:

  • You must be an Adult Registered Nurse with experience in ICU/HDU or complex care.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, caring, empathetic, and compassionate.
  • Driving licence required; covering a 2-hour radius (mileage paid).
