Assess and review individual care packages, providing practical training to care workers.
Provide clinical supervisions and instructions using your clinical expertise.
Interact with ICBs, Case Management, Social Services, private and NHS hospitals.
Take part in a paid phone support On Call Rota on a rotational basis.

Qualifications:

You must be an Adult Registered Nurse with experience in ICU/HDU or complex care.
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, caring, empathetic, and compassionate.
Driving licence required; covering a 2-hour radius (mileage paid).
