- Size market opportunities and build business cases for investment.
- Translate ambiguous problem spaces into actionable direction with clear priorities.
End to End Product Leadership:
- Lead complex discovery efforts, including workflow mapping, solution exploration, and risk identification.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, compliance, support, and GTM teams.
- Make high-judgment tradeoffs balancing customer impact, technical complexity, regulatory requirements, and business goals.
Customer & Market Insight:
- Conduct market, competitive, and ecosystem analysis to inform strategy.
- Maintain deep understanding of customer workflows, clinical and administrative requirements, compliance constraints, and competitive landscape.
- Engage directly with customers and partners to understand pain points, validate solutions, and shape product direction.
