Looking for a tech lead who can guide the team without slowing it down, owning reliability and scale across the LLM-enabled platform, shipping precise, outcome-driven improvements to high-availability systems. As a tech lead, you'll decide what’s “good enough” today and what deserves to be rebuilt, unblocking engineers, setting clear priorities, running lightweight design reviews, and keeping the team aligned. You will ensure the platform stays fast, observable, and stable while traffic grows and contribute to key projects weekly. You will write code in TypeScript and Python, review architecture, define sprint priorities, pair with engineers to prevent future breakages, and evaluate new technologies.
