Instructional Designer

As an Instructional Designer within Choice University, you will have the opportunity to partner across the organization with our internal stakeholders to partner and create customized learning. Choice University empowers owners and operators to be the best hoteliers they can be. Your Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Designing learning experiences that align with business goals, learner needs, and performance outcomes—from concept to execution. Collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate complex content into clear, engaging, and actionable learning. Creating content across a variety of formats—including eLearning, instructor-led (ILT), virtual instructor-led (vILT), videos, job aids, guides, and interactive experiences. Leveraging instructional design models (like ADDIE or SAM) and adult learning principles to ensure learning sticks.
