- Calculate and process employee salaries, wages, bonuses, and other compensation accurately and on time.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records while preparing and maintaining reports and journal entries related to payroll activities.
- Calculation and tracking of employee benefits related to payroll provided by third parties.
Qualifications:
- Must have 2–5 years of Payroll experience in end-to-end payroll processing, preferably in a corporate or multi-client environment.
- Good knowledge of US payroll laws, tax requirements, and compliance standards, including familiarity with deductions, benefits, and reporting obligations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for payroll data management.
Expense Processing and Compliance:
- Receive and review employee expense reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Ensuring adherence to company policies and providing guidance and support on expense-related queries.
- Perform additional ad-hoc tasks as required, and assisting the accounting manager with capitalized software calculations.
