Job Description
Performing Translations / Review and quality assurance (QA) of Nepali-Nepal translation Tasks. Performing copy-editing and linguistic checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and style adherence. Providing feedback to translators and freelancers to improve overall quality. Managing and maintaining language assets (glossaries, style guides, work instructions), ensuring they are accurate, consistent, and up to date. Managing and responding to linguistic queries from translators, project managers, etc. Ensuring smooth collaboration within the translation team by clarifying terminology, style, and linguistic issues. Supporting the onboarding, development, and training of new linguists and freelancers when required. Participating in the development of new and improved review and quality processes. Meeting or exceeding quality and productivity KPIs as defined for the role. Achieving the goals set by the Squad Lead / Language Lead.
