Senior Backend Engineer

Accountabilities:

• Work closely with client stakeholders to define system requirements and design scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Build, test, and deliver high-quality backend services using agile engineering practices such as TDD, CI/CD, and pair programming.
• Take ownership of infrastructure automation, deployment pipelines, and system reliability, ensuring smooth delivery processes.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience building and operating enterprise-scale distributed systems.
• Deep expertise in at least one modern programming language and strong hands-on experience with TDD.
• Strong communication skills and experience working with globally distributed teams.
