About the Role:

  • Join the Outbound Campaigns Team to break down a monolith and build cutting-edge microservices.
  • Work remotely for a leading cloud contact center platform with advanced tools for call routing and analytics.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead design, development, and implementation of microservices in public multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud.
  • Architect scalable solutions, conduct code reviews, and mentor team engineers.
  • Identify technical debt and propose improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Java backend development with expertise in scalable distributed systems.
  • Expert-level Java with Spring/Spring Boot, Kubernetes, CI/CD (GitLab), and Elasticsearch.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset with a Bachelor's in Computer Science.
