Business Solutions Architect

The Business Solutions Architect (BSA) plays a critical role in bridging business needs with technology solutions across the enterprise. This role is responsible for leading the intake, evaluation, and implementation of new business initiatives and client integrations, designing efficient workflows, and ensuring seamless data exchange across internal and external systems. The ideal candidate combines business acumen, process improvement expertise, and technical understanding of data workflows—particularly within healthcare, pharmacy, or claims environments. Responsibilities include enterprise portfolio & intake management, business workflow process creation & improvement, file exchange & data mapping, and business analysis for special projects & initiatives.
