Job Description
Team Leadership:
- Manage a pool of Project Managers responsible for scheduling and work order execution.
- Ensure adherence to established processes for resource scheduling, work order creation.
- Provide coaching and oversight to maintain operational consistency and efficiency.
Capacity Planning:
- Confirm vendor capacity aligns with anticipated sales order volume.
- Oversee tactical deployment of vendors and ensure readiness for installation projects.
- Monitor resource utilization and adjust scheduling strategies to optimize throughput.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with Business Development and Customer Success to align execution timelines.
- Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely equipment delivery.
- Act as the primary escalation point for Project Managers.
