Associate Director, Enablement

Team Leadership:

• Manage a pool of Project Managers responsible for scheduling and work order execution.
• Ensure adherence to established processes for resource scheduling, work order creation.
• Provide coaching and oversight to maintain operational consistency and efficiency.

Capacity Planning:

• Confirm vendor capacity aligns with anticipated sales order volume.
• Oversee tactical deployment of vendors and ensure readiness for installation projects.
• Monitor resource utilization and adjust scheduling strategies to optimize throughput.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Partner with Business Development and Customer Success to align execution timelines.
• Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely equipment delivery.
• Act as the primary escalation point for Project Managers.
