Responsibilities:
- Lead pre-purchase lifecycle marketing with full ownership of strategy, execution, and measurement using Braze.
- Develop and implement an AI-augmented content engine to accelerate touchpoint creation and testing.
- Establish measurement frameworks, including holdouts and incrementality, to tie lifecycle efforts to CAC and LTV:CAC goals.
Success Milestones:
- Transition pre-purchase lifecycle fully in-house within 90 days with no drop in signups.
- Achieve measurable lift in lifecycle-attributed signups and accelerated content velocity within 6 months.
- Drive durable LTV:CAC improvements and expand ownership to post-purchase retention within 12 months.
Qualifications:
- 5-8+ years of experience in Lifecycle/CRM for consumer subscription, healthcare, or fintech, with hands-on expertise in Braze.
- Proven track record in rigorous experimentation, AI tool utilization, and compliance in regulated environments like healthcare or fintech.
- Strong analytical skills, startup operator energy, and ability to partner cross-functionally for effective execution.
