Job Description
You’ll work closely with the Lifecycle Marketing Manager to deliver high-quality, member-facing communications that improve retention and engagement. Your work will focus on QA, asset coordination, documentation and assisting with campaign setup. This is an ideal role for someone looking to build technical experience in marketing operations and lifecycle marketing. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to a leading engagement platform (Braze), learn best practices in QA and testing and support impactful campaigns that help members lead healthier lives.
Responsibilities include conducting QA for all lifecycle campaigns across channels, assisting with campaign setup, maintaining QA checklists and process documentation, flagging campaign issues, supporting A/B test configuration, and participating in team meetings.
