Partner Manager - Japan

We are looking for a seasoned Partner Manager to spearhead partner development across engineering firms, biotech facility builders, and validation consulting firms throughout Japan. This pivotal role will shape and expand a high-impact partner ecosystem, accelerating the adoption of our platform and driving digital transformation across the life sciences industry. Key responsibilities include identifying, engaging, and onboarding strategic partners, developing go-to-market strategies, designing partner enablement plans, supporting partners on opportunities, and building executive-level relationships. The Partner Manager will also align internal stakeholders, represent the company at industry events, and evangelize our platform. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in business development or partner management within life sciences. Knowledge of CQV, GxP requirements, and digital validation is essential. Strong strategic thinking, communication, and negotiation skills are required, with experience in SaaS or enterprise technology platforms being a plus.
