Key Responsibilities:
- Review client-provided CAD files and plans to ensure necessary data is available and communicate omissions.
- Develop layout maps and 3D surface models meeting client requirements.
- Work on concurrent project assignments during peak times, with most projects needing turnaround in 1-2 weeks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Construction or Civil Engineering desired, or equivalent heavy civil work or surveyor experience.
- 3-5 years experience building 3D surfaces with Trimble Business Center, Carlson Civil, AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation InRoads, or Terramodel.
- Experience with Trimble, Topcon, Leica machine control and construction layout equipment a strong plus.
Work Environment:
- Primarily remote position with occasional travel to job sites in the market.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet project deadlines in a remote work environment.
