Job Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple Civil OSP design projects simultaneously from initiation through final delivery.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, production plans, resource forecasts, and delivery milestones.
- Coordinate engineering, CAD, permitting, utility, and construction support activities.
Quality Assurance Leadership:
- Establish and administer QA/QC procedures for Civil OSP design deliverables.
- Manage quality review workflows across engineering and production teams.
- Conduct technical reviews of design packages including conduit systems and duct banks.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Lead status meetings with clients, utilities, municipalities, and project stakeholders.
- Serve as client-facing Subject Matter Expert for Civil OSP design and execution.
- Support proposal development, scope definition, and change management.
