Telemedicine Physician Consultant

The Opportunity:

• Deliver evidence-based virtual care for menopause, fertility, and metabolic health to members across multiple U.S. states.
• Work as a part-time contractor with flexible hours, typically 10-15 hours per week, in a fully remote setting.
• Be part of an innovative telemedicine program that is expanding access to whole-person care.

What You’ll Own:

• Provide virtual consultations, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing management of hormonal and metabolic concerns.
• Apply current guidelines from ACOG, ASRM, and The Menopause Society with shared decision-making.
• Document visits accurately, order and interpret labs, and coordinate referrals as needed.

What Success Looks Like:

• Establish a consistent panel of high-quality virtual visits with strong member experience and visit quality results.
• Maintain timely documentation and lab follow-up with no compliance gaps.
• Expand state licensure coverage to support broader member access and integrate metabolic management as routine care.

About You:

• Hold an MD, DO, or advanced practice degree with 3-5+ years of clinical experience in fertility, menopause, or both.
• Have an active unrestricted U.S. medical license; multi-state licensure preferred.
• Possess strong virtual presence, comfort with telehealth technologies, and commitment to guideline-aligned care.
