The Opportunity:
- Deliver evidence-based virtual care for menopause, fertility, and metabolic health to members across multiple U.S. states.
- Work as a part-time contractor with flexible hours, typically 10-15 hours per week, in a fully remote setting.
- Be part of an innovative telemedicine program that is expanding access to whole-person care.
What You’ll Own:
- Provide virtual consultations, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing management of hormonal and metabolic concerns.
- Apply current guidelines from ACOG, ASRM, and The Menopause Society with shared decision-making.
- Document visits accurately, order and interpret labs, and coordinate referrals as needed.
What Success Looks Like:
- Establish a consistent panel of high-quality virtual visits with strong member experience and visit quality results.
- Maintain timely documentation and lab follow-up with no compliance gaps.
- Expand state licensure coverage to support broader member access and integrate metabolic management as routine care.
About You:
- Hold an MD, DO, or advanced practice degree with 3-5+ years of clinical experience in fertility, menopause, or both.
- Have an active unrestricted U.S. medical license; multi-state licensure preferred.
- Possess strong virtual presence, comfort with telehealth technologies, and commitment to guideline-aligned care.
