- Analyze monthly treasury P&L to understand drivers of interest charges and FX gains/losses.
- Prepare Group Interest Budget and forecasts, reporting on variance analysis.
- Own all external treasury reporting, including periodic disclosures and SEC filings.
Regulatory Compliance and Policy:
- Ensure compliance with Group Treasury policies and implement changes from regulatory updates.
- Co-responsible for Treasury SOX RACM and maintain hedge accounting policy.
- Provide accounting support for refinancing transactions and external debt.
Collaboration and Support:
- Serve as primary contact for PwC regarding treasury activities.
- Work with Treasury Manager to identify and manage FX exposures.
- Drive process improvements within Treasury and wider business areas.
