Director of Finance and Accounting

Accounting & Operations:

• Oversee the monthly close process and ensure timely, accurate financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash forecasting, and treasury management.
• Coordinate external audits and drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancements.

Financial Planning & Strategy:

• Lead FP&A activities including budgeting, scenario modeling, and variance analysis to support executive decision-making.
• Manage capital allocation, working capital optimization, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Partner with leadership on long-range planning, pricing strategies, and investor relations.

Team Leadership & Compliance:

• Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing finance and accounting team with a culture of continuous improvement.
• Implement internal controls, manage risk, and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for external auditors, lenders, and other financial stakeholders.
