About the Role:
- As our Assistant Controller, you'll play a key role in leading accounting operations and supporting the annual audit process.
- You'll partner with the Controller and senior leadership on financial strategy, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all accounting operations, including monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Manage treasury activities including daily cash positioning, forecasting, bank relationships, and covenant monitoring.
- Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting and CPA (active or inactive) required.
- Previous experience as an Accounting Manager, Assistant Controller, or Controller with end-to-end accounting operations expertise.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel, and proven ability to manage and develop teams.
