Key Responsibilities:
- Lead planning, coordination, and execution of annual financial statement audits.
- Serve as primary contact for external auditors and manage audit timelines.
- Review financial statements and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required.
- At least 8 years of progressive accounting or audit experience.
- Strong knowledge of external audit processes and financial reporting.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven ability to manage multiple audit engagements.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
