Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Controller-level duties including full general ledger maintenance, journal entries, budgets, and client consulting.
- Implement accounting software and provide ongoing support while developing internal procedures.
- Supervise, train, and mentor staff and interns on outsourced accounting engagements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum BA/BS in Accounting and 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of accounting concepts and ability to manage multiple engagements.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
