This role provides specialized accounting and financial management services to healthcare clients. You will proactively identify operational needs, offer timely solutions, and build strong relationships with healthcare clients. Responsibilities include leading client advisory engagements at a CFO-level, delivering strategic financial insights and operational guidance, and driving change management initiatives.

You’ll play a key part in connecting the worlds of financial services and collecting, administering asset-backed loans, managing a VIP client portfolio, and supporting strategic initiatives that drive business growth. This position requires a proactive, highly organized, and client-focused professional who can manage all aspects of loan administration and deliver an exceptional client experience.

Support startup clients who need accounting help but may not have a need for an internal team at their growth stage. You will be working in a fully remote capacity, designing where and how you work each day. Context shifting, communicating, prioritizing, and evaluating needs is the most important thing you’ll be doing in this role, as well as building robust accounting processes and systems for our clients.

This position works within our client fulfillment department. You will be responsible for managing your own book of clients and are responsible for delivering our services. You will manage client relationships weekly and monthly and be the primary point of contact for Bookkeeper360 clients. You must have a sense of urgency to address tight deadlines with a multitude of accounting activities.
