Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management:

- Lead variance analysis and provide explanations of results versus budget.
Controllership & Compliance:
- Coordinate external audit and tax processes, serving as liaison with auditors.
- Ensure compliance with debt covenants and PE sponsor reporting obligations.
- Identify and remediate control gaps; implement best practices.
Process Improvement & Systems:
- Assess current-state accounting processes and implement improvements.
- Support ERP implementations, system upgrades, and automation initiatives.
- Develop standardized reporting templates and close checklists.
