- We are hiring a Controller to build and own Alt's accounting function for the first time.
- You'll bring accounting in-house, close out the external audit, and lead conversion to US GAAP.
Work:
- Own the monthly close end-to-end, driving to a 5-day, audit-ready close.
- Lead the conversion from cash/accrual to full US GAAP across all revenue streams.
- Be the primary point of contact for external auditors and own tax compliance.
You:
- 8+ years of progressive accounting experience with hands-on controllership.
- Deep US GAAP knowledge and experience converting from cash to accrual.
- Experience in marketplace, fintech, or lending with SQL/BI comfort.
