About the Role:
- Architect and own AirGarage's accounting function.
- Lead the in-house accounting team and modernize systems.
- Build the financial foundation for a fast-scaling, capital-intensive business.
What You Will Do:
- Own the books end to end, leading the monthly close and shortening it.
- Convert to full accrual accounting and implement GAAP revenue recognition.
- Lead the ERP migration from QuickBooks to a modern ERP.
What You Need:
- CPA with deep GAAP expertise, especially revenue recognition.
- Experience as the senior-most accounting owner at a venture-backed company.
- ERP migration, cash-to-accrual conversion, and audit preparation experience.
