Financial Close & Reporting:
- Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close across all entities.
- Deliver consolidated and entity-level financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) on a sub 10 day close.
- Partner with FP&A on budget-to-actual reporting and assist in monthly PE reporting package.
Accounting Operations:
- Oversee billing, accounts payable, and general ledger activity across all entities.
- Perform monthly accruals, payroll entries, revenue recognition, and other close tasks.
- Ensure timely reconciliations and maintain appropriate internal controls.
Technical Accounting:
- Apply ASC 805 (business combinations), ASC 606 (revenue), ASC 842 (leases) and other standards.
- Work with external firms on purchase accounting for acquisitions.
- Prepare technical memos and support annual financial statement audit.
M&A & Integration:
- Support deal diligence, quality of earnings, and post-close integration.
- Play significant role in financial integration of acquired entities.
